Sue Ladwig was raised in Boyden, IA. She graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA with an Associate of Arts degree in Office Management. Prior to joining the Advana Mortgage team in November of 2010, Sue spent over seven years assisting loan officers and processing mortgage loans at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Sue finds working in the mortgage industry to be very rewarding. She says, “It feels great knowing that our work makes a positive difference in people’s lives.”
Sue enjoys spending time with her husband Lonnie and their two sons, Austin and Collin. In her free time you can find her taking her dogs to the dog park, watching sporting events, or dabbling in photography.
